Systems Engineering Solutions

Solutions are developed and optimized according to customer requirements in our areas of expertise within Systems Engineering activities. We both work on the solutions which customer requires and provide support from the determination of the requirements to the field tests in this context.The solutions developed to meet customer requirements are validated and verified based on the standards in the operation of system engineering processes within the framework of the quality management process. The main focus is to determine the requirements correctly, to ensure that the solution is compatible for the requirements, to produce a cost-effective and comprehensive solution within the determined schedule.

Execution of Systems Engineering Processes

  • Requirements management / Analyzing the Concept of Operation Plan
  • Breaking down the requirements for the System & Subsystem, creating the work breakdown structure and work packages
  • Preparation and review of System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP). The risk plan, the safety plan and the configuration plan are revealed together with SEMPP and PYP in this context
  • Description of System/Subsystem architecture (functions, interfaces, state and modes); hardware, mechanics, software etc. making and reviewing

Mechanical Design Solutions

Modeling, analysis and verification studies within the scope of mechanical design are carried out according to customer requirements. For designing structural products thats are durable, reliable, light and optimized, fast solutions are offered with both analytical approaches and finite element analysis. Static, dynamic, vibration, mechanical shock analysis, temperature distribution, cooling system and fluid mechanics solutions can be realized for conventional and special materials. In the design of the user interfaces of the products, human factors approaches such as ease of use, minimizing human error and reducing the workload are taken into account. It is provided by STG’s ergonomic expertise in processes from design to product.
